The Team Behind The Dream
Reece Crow – Performer & Creative Extraordinaire Reece's love for performing began at an early age, driven by a deep passion for music and all things theatrical. This enthusiasm paved the way for his professional training at the esteemed Performers College in Essex. Since then, Reece’s talent and versatility have taken him across the globe in various productions on land and at sea. Beyond his skills on stage, Reece showcases his creative ingenuity behind the scenes as well. From crafting intricate foam wigs to constructing stunning pieces of set design, he proves to be a true jack-of-all-trades, bringing both artistry and practicality to every project he undertakes.
Matt’s journey into the world of performing began a little later, formally starting his training at the age of 18. He embarked on his foundational training at Bodywork Company Dance Studios before completing a further 3 years training in musical theatre at Stella Mann Performing Arts College. He then went on to perform extensively across the UK in hotels and holiday resorts. Matt then expanded his horizons to the high seas, taking on the role of lead vocalist aboard luxury cruise ships taking him all over the world. Now back on solid ground in the UK, Matt continues to bring his passion for performing to life, touring with a variety of acts nationwide. Alongside his performing career, Matt is devoted to fostering the growth of the BTP Empire, channeling his experience and expertise into helping others achieve their performing ambitions.
Amy Harding – Dancer, Choreographer & Creative Visionary Amy’s love for dance began at a young age and has remained the driving force behind her career. She went on to train at Studio 79 Dance College before earning a BA Hons in Dance accredited by University of Salford. Since graduating, Amy has worked professionally across the UK and internationally as both a dancer and choreographer. Beyond performing, Amy is dedicated to nurturing the next generation, teaching a variety of dance styles and inspiring students to pursue their dreams. Always evolving, Amy has expanded her talents into specialty acts such as fire performance, stilt walking, and aerial artistry. Her wealth of experience in the industry, combined with her innovative spirit, is poured into her work with BTP, where she helps create and deliver world-class entertainment that captivates audiences around the globe.
